We are currently looking for an Apprentice IT Support Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in IT and technology to gain a Level 2 Apprenticeship. Once the Apprenticeship is successfully completed there will also be scope for taking on a more senior role and more advanced tasks.
Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include undertaking 1st line technical support to clients (either via telephone or remotely), performing regular maintenance checks for clients remotely, logging details of all work and issues in the appropriate systems, assisting customers with their queries in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues if needed and being willing to find solutions to all queries addressed.
